Celebrating the feast of St Nikolaos

On December 5th and 6th the celebrations of our protector St Nikolaos took part in Volos city. The Metropolitans of Neapoli Filippon, of Thasos Prokopios, pf Vrenia Pachomios, of Iopi Damaskinos and of Demetrias Ignations took part to the celbrations.
After the blessing of the new bell tower, which was destroyed by the earthquake of 1981, the litany of the holy icon of St Nikolaos followed, to the main streets of the city. The church and the litany were overcrowded by people.
