The Holy Diocese of Demetrias organizes a memorial event for the Greek Hebrews that suffered and martyred during the burnt offering. The event shall take place in the Spiritual Center (Anth. Gazi - Kartali) on Sunday 7/2, at 11.00 am. The professor of criminology Mr Ioannis Panousis will speak with subject: "Living memories of the burnt offering".

A music program with hebrew rythms will follow, and the documentary dedicated to the saving of the Hebrews of Zakinthos. The Metropolitan Ignatios will close the event with his speech.
