The new foreign Ministry Publication titled 'The Greek Righteous among the Nations', will be presented in the Spiritual Center of the Holy Diocese (K.Kartali-Anth.Gazi) on Wednesday 18/5, at 7p.m. The whole event, co-organized by the Holy Diocese of Demetrias and the Jewish Communities of Volos and Larissa, is dedicated to the memory of the Greeks who rescued our Jewish fellow citizens during the Nazi Occupation.

The event is to be welcomed by the Presidents of the two communities Messrs Marcel Solomon and Moris Magrizos and it will be presented by the editor of the Volume, Ambassador Fotini Tomai. There will also be speeches by His Eminence Ignatius of Demetrias and professor of Thessaly University Mr Dimitrios Benekos. The coordinator of the event will be Mr Nikos Varalis, director of the Radio Station 'Orthodoxi Martyria'.
