The Navy Week in Volos 2016, organized by the Cultural association of the Holy Diocese of Demetrias "Magniton Kivotos", in collaboration with many institutions of our city, continued for the third day with a special celebration for children but not only for children.

Those who were at the beach of Volos, on Wednesday 1/6, were fascinated by the children's creativity, the inventiveness of their teachers and the progressive ideas and actions of the Directorate of Primary Education.

The program of the event involved a construction fair from Primary Schools and a music program from about 300 children from the 10^th, 22^nd, 27^th, 28^th and the 31^st Primary Schools of Volos, the 4^th and 10^th Primary Schools of Nea Ionia, the 2^nd Primary School of Portaria - Alli Meria and the 2^nd Primary School of Artemida - Kato Lechonia.

Also, the orchestra "Ionia", played along with the children, led by the Conductor Anastasia Tzala.

The event was co-ordinated by Antonis Antoniou, Despoina Tsouka and the Teachers-Musicians: Nektarios Demelis, Maria Taliadourou, Vera Taliadourou, Marina Voulgari, Daisy Fotopoulou, Efi Pavlatou, Konstantina Karafergia and Giannis Karalakou.

At the end of the event, His Eminence Metropolitan Ignatius of Demetrias, expressed to all his enthusiasm and made a special reference to the result of the children's efforts, stressing at the same time that, such lovely efforts inspire us with hope.
